EEPs

I play an active role in European Ex-Situ Conservation managed by the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) being the European Ex-Situ Programme Co-ordinator for two species:

• De Brazza Monkey (sponsored by Yorkshire Wildlife Park)
• Burmese Brow-Antlered (or Eld's) Deer (sponsored by North of England Zoological Society - Chester Zoo)

and the Guenon Subgroup Leader within the Afro-Eurasian Primate Taxon Advisory Group

In addition, I am a member of the following Species Committees:

• Black Rhino EEP
• Baboon EEP

Having completed both the EAZA Basic and Advanced Breeding Programme Management Courses I am competant at all aspects of population management.

I would be very pleased to take on the coordinator role for additional EEP Programmes on behalf of other zoos.
